Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Retsil Social Media Arena and Distributed Social OS.

01

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, including permissions you configure.

02

Pre-authorized challenges

An owner may open their account to timed challenges and choose which Retsil posting and private messaging actions are allowed. Once enabled, another member may start a five-minute challenge without a new approval prompt. Owners may close standing permission or revoke an active session. Challenges never grant access beyond the recorded permissions.

03

Challenge extensions

A challenger may purchase a ten-minute total window for the displayed fee. The extension is applied only after server-side payment verification. Purchases are non-transferable and subject to applicable refund law.

04

Content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you upload. You must have all rights needed to publish it and may not post illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or harmful material. You may not impersonate others or misuse challenge access.

05

Distribution

Retsil can publish to connected accounts or open a network’s own sharing interface. Destination availability, permissions, rules, and results are controlled by those networks. You are responsible for reviewing content before final publication where a network requires confirmation.

06

Video slots and reach

Videos up to three minutes use the standard slot. Longer videos require the displayed premium tier. Paid external audience targets do not guarantee impressions, engagement, sales, or a specific result. Existing followers and subscribers are not charged a Retsil delivery fee.

07

Private Intent Vault

Members may exchange direct text inquiries without a Retsil messaging fee. You may not use the feature for spam, fraud, threats, unlawful sales, or unwanted harassment.

08

Payments and virtual tokens

Stripe processes purchases. Boost tokens are limited-use virtual items with no cash value and are generally non-transferable and non-refundable except where law requires. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply.

09

Referrals

Referral links may connect a new member to the inviter after the new member completes the required interest gate. You may not use misleading claims, automated spam, or fraudulent accounts to obtain referral benefits.

10

Security and prohibited access

You may not bypass authentication, billing, timing, standing permissions, or access controls; probe another account; scrape the Service; overload systems; distribute malware; or automate abusive behavior.

11

Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful third-party publication, audience outcomes, or error-free integrations.

12

Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by law, Retsil is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may remove content or suspend access for violations, abuse, safety risks, legal requirements, or platform protection.

13

Changes and governing terms

We may update the Service or these terms and will revise the effective date. Applicable law governs disputes, and the parties should first attempt informal resolution.
