Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Retsil handles information across its social media arena, distributed publishing, private messaging, referrals, and payments.
Information we collect
We collect account and profile details, three selected interests, follows, standing challenge permissions, challenge session records, uploaded media and captions, selected distribution destinations, private intent messages, referral attribution, and purchase records needed to operate the Service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate members, personalize category backdrops, run pre-authorized challenges, deliver posts and private messages, attribute referrals, secure transactions, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Interface data
Retsil uses ordinary taps, clicks, and swipes. Short-lived diagnostic events may appear in your current session to confirm that an action completed; these events are not used for advertising.
Challenges and standing permissions
Account owners choose whether to open challenges and which actions are allowed. A challenger can begin during that standing authorization without another prompt. Owners can close challenges or revoke an active session. We store the participants, permissions, status, and timing needed to enforce these limits.
Posts and distribution
Uploaded videos are stored in access-controlled storage. Post records include file location, size, duration, caption, targets, status, and destination results. Connected networks process content under their own privacy policies.
Private Intent Vault
Private intent messages are available only to the sender and receiver. They may be linked to a post so participants understand the inquiry context. Retsil does not charge a messaging fee.
Referrals and follows
A referral link can temporarily store the inviting member’s identifier in local storage. After a referred member signs in and chooses exactly three interests, the Service can create a follow relationship to the inviting member.
Payments
Stripe processes card details for challenge extensions, premium video slots, and token purchases. Retsil receives checkout identifiers, payment status, purchase type, and account association, but does not store full card details.
Storage and security
We use access controls, private media storage, short-lived playback links, encrypted connected-network tokens, and server-side payment verification. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and choices
We retain data while your account is active or as needed for the Service, legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, and transaction records. You can disconnect networks, close challenge permissions, and request account deletion.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate Retsil, with destination networks you choose, when legally required, or to protect users and the Service. We do not sell personal information.
Children and international use
Retsil is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required locally. Information may be processed where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
